Shipping policy

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order; and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes outside of our control.

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Please note that most of your items will arrive within 5 to 10 business days; however, at times shipping might be delayed for reasons out of our control so we estimate your items to be received within 21 working days. 

In the event that your package does not arrive after 28 working days after shipment, please notify us.
